Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the UK and Ireland and Europe-wide.

UK Standard Delivery - £5.00

We expect your package to arrive within 3-4 working days.

UK Next Day Delivery - £8.00

Orders placed before Midday Monday to Friday will arrive the next working day. If your order is placed after midday it will arrive the following day*

Mainland Europe Standard Delivery - £6.50

We expect your package to arrive to you in mainland Europe within 5 working days

Other Europe Standard Delivery - £9.50

We expect your package to arrive within 5 working days (other Europe constitutes European islands, Switzerland, etc)

*Next Working Day Delivery Exceptions. Please add a further working day for delivery for addresses in the Highlands of Scotland, The Channel Islands, The Isle of Wight, The Scilly Isles and Northern Ireland.



We are unable to deliver to PO boxes and freight forwarding addresses.

You will receive a text notification of your hour-long delivery slot and the opportunity to leave the parcel in a safe place, deliver to a neighbour or re-schedule delivery. (Please ensure that a valid mobile phone number is supplied). Please be advised that if you do authorise the delivery to be left in a safe place or delivered to a neighbour that we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused.

Please check the condition of the parcel before signing for it. If it appears damaged or you are unhappy with the condition of the package, then please check the contents before accepting the package. If there are missing or damaged items please reject the package and contact us at charlie@chamberi.co.uk . The package will automatically be returned directly to us.

Returns

We at Chamberi believe that all of our products should meet your high standards, so if you are not completely happy with your purchase then we are happy to refund or exchange unworn items in their full original packaging within 28 days from the day the items were delivered.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer a free returns policy at this time, but should you want an exchange we will send the exchanged item out to you will free delivery.

  • Please submit your returns request by email to charlie@chamberi.co.uk. We will send you our returns address and returns number.
  • Re-package the items. Please re-use the packaging that the items arrived in.
  • Make sure that you cover the original delivery label. If you drop the off at the Post Office they will issue you with a receipt. Please keep this safe until we have notified you that we have received the return.
  • Allow at least 5 working days for the package to reach us.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5 working days of receipt. Funds may take a further 5 working days to appear in your account. 
  • Exchanges are dependent on stock availability but as long as the item is available we will send your exchange within 5 working days. 


Cancelling Your Order

As an EU a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel an entire order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 no longer than 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the products. This means that during this time if you change your mind or for any other reason you decide you do not want to keep a product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the contract and receive a refund. You just need to tell us that you wish to cancel the contract.

Your notification must specify that you wish to cancel the entire order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The item must be returned in a resalable condition in the original packaging within 28 days of you receiving it.

We will refund your original order in full, including any postage paid, within 14 days of the entire order being back in our possession or (if earlier) evidence being provided confirming the order has been returned.

You are responsible for any shipping costs and insurance.

We cannot accept responsibility for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
