Here at Chamberi Madrid we’ve come up with a list of frequently asked questions that might help you out you’re your experience with us. Whether you need help on sizing, applying discount codes, or need to understand more about our delivery and returns, we hope we’ve got it covered below. How long will my order take to arrive?
For UK customers; You can choose between next day delivery (please see our delivery pages for details on exceptions to next day delivery) and standard delivery which will take 3-4 days.For European customers – your order will take up to 5 workings days
What is your returns policy?
We will accept returns for all products up to 28 days after the date of delivery so long as they are unworn and in the full original packaging. Returns labels are provided offering free returns to our HQ. Please see our Returns page for more info.
Can I exchange my items if they don’t fit?
Yes we will exchange items that do not fit depending on stock availability. You can use the returns labels for free shipping back to us, and we will send your new size to you with free delivery within 5 working days of receipt of the original items.
How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
We will process you refund within 5 working days of receipt of your item. It may take up to 5 days to show in your account.
How can I find my correct size?
All Chamberi Shoes and boots are made in Spain and as such follow the European sizing system detailed in our size guide. Please refer to this and carefully chose your EU equivalent. Refer to our size guide for more info.
Why do I need to register with you?
By registering with Chamberi you will speed up your ordering process and allow you to keep track of passed orders, refunds and exchanges. It also allows you to sign up to newsletters should you wish to receive offers and updates from Chamberi.
How do I apply my discount code?
In your checkout basket, there will be a box labelled 'Promo Code'. Simply type your code, click 'update' and your discount, if code is valid, will be automatically applied to your total.
